Terms of service
GlobeNow.tv is a free website that shows official live TV channels, news videos and city webcams on a 3D globe. By using the site, its embeds, the public API or the MCP server at /mcp, you agree to these terms. Last updated 2026-10-31.
The service
GlobeNow.tv is free to use and does not require an account. We list and link to streams that broadcasters publish on YouTube; we do not host, record or re-broadcast video. Videos play through YouTube's embedded player and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Whether a stream plays in your country is decided by its owner.
Content and accuracy
Video titles, thumbnails and streams belong to their broadcasters. Places, summaries and translations are generated automatically or by us and can be wrong or out of date; do not rely on them for safety, legal, medical or financial decisions. If you own content listed here and want it removed, email us and we will act promptly.
Embeds, API and AI apps
You may embed GlobeNow.tv widgets and call the public API and MCP server for personal, editorial or non-commercial use. They are read-only and rate limited (about 60 requests per minute per IP). Do not use them to overload the service, scrape it in bulk, hide where the content comes from, or remove GlobeNow.tv attribution. AI apps that connect to the MCP server only receive public information already shown on globenow.tv.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, bypass or disrupt the site, its security or its limits, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may change or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, GlobeNow.tv is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected]. See also the privacy policy.
